Nutty Protein Snack

Ingredients:
  • 3 scoops BulkFoodsDirect.com Natural Whey Protein
  • 3 cups mixed nuts salted or unsalted
  • 4 cups multigrain cereal similar to a dense mini Chex cereal
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
Directions:

In a large bowl, gently mix together nuts, cereal, and protein powder.

In a separate bowl heat peanut butter and honey either on the stove top or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir heated mixture until well blended. Pour peanut butter mixture onto nut mixture and fold gently until coated.

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Combine whey protein, tuna, and hot sauce in a large bowl.
  2. Microwave the tortilla on HIGH for 15-30 seconds or until soft.
  3. Pour the tuna mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  4. Add your condiments of choice (lettuce, beans, salsa, etc.)
  5. Wrap the sides of the tortilla around the tuna mixture.
 
 

 

Whey Protein Ranch Vegitable Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop Bulk Foods Direct buy whey protein
  • 8 oz. Low-Fat Sour Cream
  • 2 oz. Low-Fat Ranch Dressing
Directions:
  1. Mix sour cream and ranch dressing in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add whey protein and stir thoroughly.
 
 

 

Creamed Tuna Protein

Ingredients:
  • 1 Scoop BulkFoodsDirect.com Discount Whey Protein
  • 1/4 cup Promise® spread
  • 1/4 cup Whole-Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 cups Skim Milk
  • 1- 6oz. can Tuna Fish, drained
Directions:
  1. To make white sauce; melt Promise®, blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Mix whey protein with milk.
  3. Stir milk with flour mixture and heat while stirring constantly. Heat until mixture boils and thickens.
  4. Add drained tuna fish to sauce. Stir until well mixed and thoroughly heated.
  5. Serve over rice, whole-wheat toast, or vegetables.
 
 

 

Protein Bang-Bang Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 Scoop Bulk Foods Direct Pure Whey Protein
  • 1/2 cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. Anchovy Paste
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions:
  1. Mash garlic into paste with salt.
  2. In a large bowl, combine whey Protein, yogurt, anchovy paste, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic paste, and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate dressing for 1 hour.
  4. Slice romaine lettuce and divide among 4 bowls.
  5. Drip dressing over romaine lettuce.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese on each bowl.
 
 

 

Yummy Protein Infused Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 1 1/2 Scoops BulkFoodsDirect.com Best Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz. Low-Fat Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 6 (6-inch) Flour Tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups Fat-Free Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fat-Free Milk
Directions:
  1. In mixing bowl, combine whey protein with cream cheese.
  2. Stir chicken, bell pepper, cream cheese and 1/2 cup salsa in saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted.
  3. Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam side down, in lightly greased 12×8-inch baking dish.
  4. Stir cheddar cheese and milk in saucepan on low heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas; cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Pour remaining salsa over tortillas.
 
 

 

High Protein Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 3 Scoops Bulk Foods Direct undenatured whey protein
  • 2 lbs. Baking Potatoes
  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 4-6 oz. fat free shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
Directions:
  1. Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until tender.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a pan and sprinkle another pinch of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Cook at 350° for 10 minutes or until the top of the potatoes is lightly browned.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
