- 3 cups mixed nuts salted or unsalted
- 4 cups multigrain cereal similar to a dense mini Chex cereal

Directions:
In a large bowl, gently mix together nuts, cereal, and protein powder.

- Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until tender.
- Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a pan and sprinkle another pinch of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cook at 350° for 10 minutes or until the top of the potatoes is lightly browned.
